Returns Policy

OZGIFTSHOP supports 30 days of return and replacement without any reason. The buyers can initiate the application for return within 30 days after signing for the goods.

If you would like to return an item, please email our customer support department by e-mail: support@fortuneallied.com.au. Please provide as many details as possible, including Order #, Full name,Address, Phone number and Reason for return.If the return is approved, you will get further instructions about shipping the package back to us.Package requirements include all original parts, packaging materials, instructions, etc.

 

The returned products shall not affect the secondary sales. OZGIFTSHOP reserves the right to reject the application for return under the following circumstances:

  1. the disposable sealed package has been opened and the product has no quality problems;
  2. The product has obvious traces of use;
  3. Missing package, accessories or receipt, serious damage, contamination, etc.
  4. As our personlaised items are customised to your specifications, these are not included in the 30Day Returns.
  5. As a natural material, leather will have variations in colour, creases and imperfections, making your item unique. These imperfections can include marks or nicks to which the leather can be susceptible during packing, transit and unwrapping. Over time you may see creasing or colour changes, all of which are natural features of leather.​​

ATTENTION:

  1. Any visual damage or problems with the goods received must be reported within 24 hours after shipment confirmation.Reporting delivery problems outside this window may not qualify for compensation.Photos of all questions or video evidence are mandatory, which helps us understand your question.We may also email you with troubleshooting steps in an attempt to save you the time of returning the items.
  1. In order to avoid economic losses caused by the detention of commodities, the buyer shall return all returned or replaced commodities within 7 days(subject to the time shown in the signed waybill of logistics) if the returned or replaced commodities cannot be delivered after the specified time, the buyer shall bear the economic losses caused.
  2. You will be responsible for all freight charges arising from return and replacement.
  3. Goods for special activities (such as clearance goods, limited quantity discount goods, etc.), if there is no quality problem, no return or replacement is allowed;
  4. In order to protect your rights and interests and avoid subsequent troubles, it is better to check with the delivery personnel face to face whether the appearance, type, quantity, specification, gifts and amount of the goods are consistent with the order when signing for the goods, and sign for the goods after confirmation. If there is any objection to the above situation, please reject the goods on the spot.

 

 

The following is the specific return and exchange process:

  1. Contact usthrough our "CONTACT US" page to explain the reasons for return. Please agree with us before delivery;
  2. When preparing the package, please make sure to wrap several layers and protect the goods. The package needs to include all original parts, packaging materials, instructions, receipts, etc.(* You will not be able to get a full refund if the defective packaging will cause damage in the logistics and affect the secondary sales);
  3. Send the package. (Don’t send items back in regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail as the envelopes are not tracked. )
  4. OZGIFTSHOP will check upon receipt of your returned items, once we confirm that the items werepurchased by us and is eligible for return and replacement, we will process the refund/delivery within 5 business days upon receipt of the items.

 

If you fail to produce your receipt, device serial number, or other acceptable purchase certificate, OZGIFTSHOP reserves the right not to refund or replace.

If you seek a refund on any item purchased as part of the transaction, OZGIFTSHOP may refund upon transaction eligibility. Free items are non-refundable. If your return results in disqualification, any refund amount can be recalculated.

 

We check all the information on our website very carefully.However, occasionally an error may occur, or the manufacturer may update information we do not know.We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for misprints.
